The United Way of the Great Basin is a non-profit corporation, chartered in 1997 in the state of Nevada. We have 501(c)3 tax-exempt status with the IRS, and membership with the United Way of America. Our United Way covers nearly 50,000 square miles in northeastern Nevada – the counties of Humboldt, Lander, Elko, Eureka and White Pine – with our office located at 249 3rd Street in Elko.
